EAST Hockey Training is founded on quality, fundamentals, slowing things down before speeding them up, and going on a collaborative journey with our players to maximize their performance. We relentlessly utilize game situations and recurring patterns paired with video evidence to equip our players with the tangible skills and thought processes they need to succeed.

With quality in mind, each level of our program is capped at 16-18 players to maximize training and ensure each player receives the individualized attention needed to grow their game.
