Video Analysis Overview

We believe video analysis must be a collaborative process between you and us in order to create sustainable changes in your game - an on-going dialogue versus a color-commentary-voice-over by us describing what you are doing during a given play. This approach not only gives you the feedback you need to make micro adjustments throughout the season that can result in macro improvements, it also offers you an opportunity to build your IQ and begin to see the game differently as you engage in our collaborative review process via Zoom calls.

 

Action Plan*

After studying patterns and tendencies in your game highlighting the primary areas of focus to build out your foundation we will create an action plan. We will provide scenarios from each game to rep out based on skills and plays that weren’t properly executed.

Process

For those signing up for our 3 Single Game Analysis, reach out to toni@easthockeygroup.com to schedule your review sessions. If you opt-in for the full season of video analysis after your 3 sessions are completed, the cost of the 3 sessions will be deducted from the purchase price of the Weekly Game Analysis Program for the full season.

*Action Plan varies slightly by level. If you are in High School, NFR, or EVOLVED you will have the option to supplement your video review with on ice sessions during our in-season program where each week will include a video review session dictating the areas of focus during the on ice sessions.
